Un jeune chauffeur de taxi moto a été sauvagement tailladé à la machette par un chasseur traditionnel appelé communément Dozo. Les faits se sont déroulés dans la ville de Guiglo. En effet, un jeune homme répondant au nom de Dion a eu une conversation dont on ignore le contenu à quelques encablures d’une buvette avec l’épouse d’un Dozo. Lorsque ce dernier vit sa femme au côté de Dion, une jalousie indescriptible s’est emparée de tout son être. Le Dozo se saisit d’un fusil de chasse et d’une machette pour en découdre avec Dion qu’il croyait faire la cour à son épouse. S’ensuit une lutte entre Dion et le Dozo qui se termine par le désarmement de celui-ci. Après cette lutte, le Dozo s’empara d’une machette et asséna plusieurs coups à l’infortuné Dion qui a eu l’avant bras presque tranché et gisant dans une marre de sang. Il devra son salut à un groupe de jeunes gens armés de gourdins qui ont copieusement bastonné le Dozo qui s’est enfuit par la suite.
