"Discours" ouvert avec la CIE Bingerville
Chers employés de la CIE Bingerville, un proverbe Français dit : « le travail est la parure du citoyen ». Votre travail est-il votre parure ? Etes-vous satisfait de la prestation que vous proposez à Bingerville ? S’il est vrai que l’entreprise doit son existence à la satisfaction du client alors pourquoi ignorez-vous les mécontentements des populations. Cette triste situation ne datant pas d’aujourd’hui, l’on se demande si votre direction générale est informée de la situation. Savez-vous que ces coupures anarchiques et intempestives constituent un obstacle économique à Bingerville ? Parfois quand cela intervient la nuit, ce sont des familles entières (du nourrisson au plus âgé) qui souffrent le martyre. Entre nous, il faut que vous soyez efficace auprès de votre direction parce que "vous dormez trop" et c’est nous qui souffrons.
