Marco Rose, l'entraîneur du Borussia Mönchengladbach a été annoncé au Borussia Dortmund. Depuis lors, un remplaçant est recherché pour le remplacer et le nom qui revient est celui de Xavi Alonso.
Actuel entraîneur de l’équipe réserve de la Real Sociedad, Alonso devrait donc être de retour au premier plan dès la saison prochaine. La nouvelle n’a toutefois pas encore été confirmée, que ce soit par le club allemand, ou par Xabi Alonso lui-même.
Âgé de 39 ans, ce dernier entraîne l’équipe réserve de la Real Sociedad. Libre de tout contrat en juin prochain, le champion du monde espagnol 2010 va donc lancer sa carrière d’entraîneur d’équipe première en Allemagne.
Jeune entraîneur prometteur premier de son groupe en troisième division espagnole (5e la saison passée), Xabi Alonso a la côte.
Xabi Alonso a été un très grand milieu de terrain, il a notamment joué pour Liverpool, le Real Madrid et le Bayern Munich. On espère qu'il aura une carrière d'entraîneur comparable à sa carrière de footballeur.
