Il n'est ni à la surpeuplée Maison d'arrêt et de correction d'Abidjan-Yopougon (MACA) ni à la réputée prison difficile du camp pénal de Bouake. Le cyberactiviste Yapo Ebiba François Fiacre dit Serge Koffi Le Drone, puisque c'est de lui qu'il s'agit, est plutôt à la prison civile de la commune de Grand Bassam.
Il a été transféré dans cette ville balnéaire depuis le 12 mai dernier après un bref passage au parquet d'Abidjan où il a été présenté à un juge d'instruction. En attendant donc de passer au jugement prévu le 25 mai prochain, Serge Koffi Le Drone est confronté à la dure réalité de l'univers carcéral.
Rappelons que c'est le 7 mai dernier à Yopougon que le cyberactiviste Yapo Ebiba François Fiacre dit Serge Koffi Le Drone, militant de base du Front populaire ivoirien, a été kidnappé par un équipage de l'ULGB, une unité de la lutte contre la grande criminalité.
