Triste nouvelle pour le Mali, l'ancien Président Ibrahim Boubacar Kéïta est décédé.
La France 24 a annoncé ce dimanche le décès de l'ancien chef d'État malien Ibrahim Boubacar Kéïta dit IBK. Un véritable coup dur pour le peuple Malien qui traverse déjà une situation très difficile avec les sanctions prises par la Communauté Économique des États de l'Afrique de l'Ouest (CEDEOA) contre le Mali.
Par ailleurs, l'ancien Président malien qui souffrait de maladie est, selon plusieurs sources locales citant des proches de sa famille, décédé à Bamako ce dimanche 16 janvier 2022 dans la matinée chez lui a Sebenikoro.
Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta dit IBK, né le 29 janvier 1945 à Koutiala, était un homme d'État malien, Président de la République du 4 septembre 2013 au 18 août 2020. Il a occupé les fonctions de Premier ministre de 1994 à 2000 et de Président de l’Assemblée nationale de 2002 à 2007.
