Lors d’un voyage d’Abidjan à Tabou, j’avais une énorme envie de visiter le barrage de Soubré. Arrivé dans ladite ville, j’ai préféré remettre ma visite à mon retour sur Abidjan. Après quelques jours à Tabou, je fais escale à Soubré pour satisfaire ma grande envie de voir, regarder ce bel ouvrage qu’est ce barrage. A l'aide de mon GPS je me dirige sur route sinueuse bien faite, sur laquelle on entend que le bruit du silence. Arrivé à l’entrée le vigile me fait savoir que je devrais avoir une autorisation et que la demande dudit document se fait quelques jours avant la visite. Grande est ma déception. Je pense 
que cette procédure est normale pour éviter que des badauds viennent à tout moment s’y amuser mais on aurait pu permettre des visites guidées et payantes pour permettre aux citoyens de visiter cet édifice. Chères autorités pensez y car d’autres personnes comme moi de passage à Soubré ont également eu cette envie de visiter ce barrage.
