Pour la Noël, le Ministre de la Construction, du Logement et de l'Urbanisme, Monsieur Bruno Nabagné Koné lance une caravane du père Noël dans la région de la Bagoué.
La fête de Noël s'annonce très heureuse pour les enfants de la région de la Bagoué. Encore une fois, le Ministre Bruno Nabagné Koné a décidé de faire le bonheur des enfants de Kouto sa ville natale. À cet effet, le natif de Kouto lance dans sa région pour la Noël 2020, une caravane du père Noël destinée à distribuer des cadeaux aux enfants de la Bagoué. Cette distribution de cadeaux concerne quelques trois milles (3000) enfants de cette région. Une initiative mise en place par le Ministre de la Construction, du Logement et de l'Urbanisme pour sa région depuis sa prise de fonction.
Rappelons que cette même caravane du père Noël avait été lancée en 2019 par le député de Kouto, Monsieur Bruno Nabagné Koné dans sa région. Environ deux milles (2000) jouets et cadeaux avaient été distribués aux enfants de la région de la Bagoué par Monsieur le Ministre.
