la jeunesse de la commune de Port-Bouët en symbiose avec le Député Maire Dr Emmou Sylvestre.Le samedi 06 Mai 2023 la jeunesse militante du Pdci-Rda dans sa globalité a fait une démonstration de soutien au candidat désigné du pdci-rda dans la circonscription électorale de Port-Bouët à Abidjan.
A cet effet, les différents mouvements de jeunesse dont la JPDCI, les Mouvements et Associations proches du PDCI-RDA ont envahi le Terrain de la Caritas de Port-Bouët pour manifester leur soutien et dire merci au Président du PDCI-RDA son Excellence le Président Henri Konan Bédié pour avoir porté son choix sur le Délégué communal Dr Emmou Sylvestre, acteur de développement et d'assistance sociale de la commune.
Cette rencontre d'hommage a été l'occasion de décerner des diplômes d'honneur aux présidents et membres des organisations présentes.
Il faut noter une très forte mobilisation de la jeunesse,un seul mot de la celle-ci la victoire du pdci-rda au soir du 02 septembre 2023.
