Nous sommes dans la nouvelle s/p de Lataha dans la région du Poro en pays Sénoufo chez les Fodonnons détenteurs de la danse du Boloye appelée communément danse panthère. S'était le 19 décembre 2020 que le ministre de l’Equipement et de l’Entretien Routier, Amédé Koffi Kouakou, représentant le Premier Ministre Hamed Bakayoko, a procédé au lancement du bitumage de la voirie de la localité. Initié par feu le Premier Ministre Amadou Gon Coulibaly, ces travaux consistérons au bitumage de 3,8 km de voirie pour un coût total de 1,9 milliard de FCFA entièrement financé par l'État de côte d'ivoire. Les promesses du gouvernement se réalise enfin, les populations toutes Joyeuses assistent à la pose des premières couche de bitume. Ce projet de bitumage était la première doléance des populations au Président de la République Alassane Ouattara.
Lataha est une localité située au nord de la Côte d'Ivoire et appartenant au département de Korhogo, dans la Région des Savanes.
