Malgré les avertissements lancés par les autorités russes à l'endroit des occidentaux de mettre un terme à l'envoi des armes à l'Ukraine en raison des graves conséquences que celà pourrait engendrer, les États-Unis et ses alliés de l'OTAN s'obstinent à toujours apporter du matériel militaire aux ukrainiens.
En réponse à cette attitude des occidentaux, de puissantes frappes d' une précision chirurgicale ont été exercées dans la nuit du dimanche 17 avril sur la ville de Lviv par laquelle l'OTAN achemine ses armes en Ukraine. Le bilan est lourd :
Des infrastructures militaires gravement endommagées , un garage de pneumatique qui a provoqué des chaînes de réaction d'incendie , le chemin de fer qui lie Lviv à Kiev endommagé et on déplore six morts dont un enfant et huit blessés.
" A cette heure , nous avons recensé six morts et huit blessés . Il y a un enfant parmi les victimes." A indiqué le gouverneur de la région de Lviv, Maksym Kozitsky .
