Depuis l’acquittement des deux hommes politiques ivoiriens à savoir Charles Blé Goudé et Laurent Gbagbo, les spéculations les plus burlesques voire pittoresques continuent de se faire sentir sur les réseaux sociaux d’une part et d’autres part dans certains médias. Dans cette ligne de conduite, le journaliste Saïd Penda, a estimé sur sa page Facebook, que les deux hommes ne peuvent plus être jugés pour crime contre l’humanité au nom du principe de « l’autorité de la chose jugée ».
Cependant, le journaliste n’exclut pas une éventuelle poursuite judiciaire à l’encontre des deux hommes aussi bien en Côte d’Ivoire qu’ailleurs dans le monde, mais pas à la CPI. Rappelons que les deux hommes font l’objet d’une condamnation en Côte d’Ivoire et qu’une fois entrés, les deux hommes devront faire face à la justice ivoirienne, sauf magnanimité affichée par le président de la république SEM Alassane Ouattara en vue d’apaiser le climat socio-politique.
