Un car de transport en commun de la compagnie GDF en provenance de M’Batto et en route pour Abidjan, a été entièrement détruit le mardi 06 décembre 2022 dans la matinée, par des flammes d’un incendie au niveau du village d’Agnaliéssou, situé à 27 kilomètres de Bongouanou sur l’axe M’Batto-Bongouanou.
Les pompiers civils du Moronou qui reviennent sur l’incident, affirment que selon le conducteur du véhicule de transport, le feu qui serait parti d’un court-circuit, aurait débuté à l’avant du car et se serait ensuite propagé aux compartiments de rangement des bagages et aux sièges. Les 70 passagers à bord ont juste eu le temps de sortir du véhicule ainsi que quelques bagages.
A leur arrivée, les pompiers civils du Moronou, se sont attaqué aux flammes qu’ils ont éteintes avant de faire le suivi et la surveillance pour parer à toute reprise de l’incendie, en présence d’éléments de la gendarmerie de M’Batto venus pour le constat d’usage. Aucune perte en vie humaine n’a été enregistrée mais de nombreux dégâts matériels.
