Le lundi 16 mai 2022, le ministre sénégalais des Sports, Matar Bâ, a reçu une délégation chinoise qui lui a présenté la maquette du projet de réhabilitation du stade Léopold Sédar Senghor, situé dans la capitale sénégalaise. Le coût de cette réhabilitation est de 20 milliards de francs CFA, indique le communiqué de la délégation.
